This website is operated by XERA FZCO, based in the DMCC Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the site.

The XERA app is not medical advice
The XERA companion app is a wellness and self-help tool that applies cognitive behavioural therapy techniques. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and it is not a substitute for professional care. You may view and print pages for your own reference and may quote short extracts with clear attribution and a link. Any other reproduction, adaptation or commercial use requires our written permission.

Where we link to third-party sites we do so for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, XERA FZCO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or any loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of this site. Availability
We aim to keep the site available but may suspend, withdraw or restrict all or part of it for business or operational reasons without notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, and by the rules and regulations of the DMCC Free Zone. The courts of the DIFC and of Dubai shall have jurisdiction, save that we retain the right to bring proceedings in any jurisdiction where an infringement occurs.
