Senior AI/ML Engineer — LLM Systems
Own the conversation engine behind XERA and our client assistants: retrieval architecture, guardrails, evaluation harnesses and the safety classifiers that decide when the system should stop talking.
What you will do
- Design and ship retrieval-augmented conversation systems in production
- Build the evaluation suites and regression gates every model change must pass
- Tune and validate safety classifiers separately for English, Thai and Arabic
- Work directly with clinicians to turn a therapeutic protocol into system behaviour
What we look for
- Five or more years in software engineering, with at least two shipping LLM-backed features to real users
- Strong Python, comfort with modern inference infrastructure and vector retrieval
- A habit of measuring model quality rather than trusting a demo
- Written English strong enough to argue a design decision clearly
Full-Stack Product Engineer
Build the products people actually touch — the XERA app, clinician dashboards and client-facing platforms — with a real say in how they look and behave.
What you will do
- Ship end-to-end features across a TypeScript and Python stack
- Implement trilingual, right-to-left-ready interfaces that hold to WCAG AA
- Own performance, from cold start to interaction latency on mid-range phones
- Keep the deployment pipeline boring and the rollback path tested
What we look for
- Three or more years building and running production web or mobile products
- Fluent in TypeScript and a modern framework; comfortable in Python services
- Actual care about accessibility, contrast and keyboard behaviour
- Bonus: prior work in health, wellbeing or another regulated domain
Clinical Content Lead — CBT
Shape the therapeutic content model behind XERA and keep it clinically honest as the product grows. A part-time or contract engagement for a qualified practitioner.
What you will do
- Translate established CBT protocols into conversational content and guardrails
- Define and maintain the clinical rubric we grade every model release against
- Review conversation transcripts and flag where structure or tone is wrong
- Advise on risk detection, escalation wording and crisis resource routing
What we look for
- A recognised qualification in clinical psychology, counselling or psychotherapy
- Hands-on CBT practice with adults and comfort with structured protocols
- Willingness to work closely with engineers and be specific about requirements
- Interest in digital delivery and its limits, including where it should not be used
Product Designer — AI Interfaces
Design conversational and dashboard interfaces that feel calm and trustworthy across three languages and two writing directions.
What you will do
- Own the design system across the XERA app, web and client platforms
- Design conversation flows, empty states, error states and handover moments
- Make Arabic right-to-left and Thai typography first-class rather than adapted
- Prototype motion and interaction, then verify it with reduced-motion settings on
What we look for
- A portfolio of shipped product work, not concept explorations
- Fluency with design tokens, component systems and handover to engineers
- Demonstrated attention to accessibility and contrast in dark interfaces
- Bonus: experience designing for right-to-left languages
